Yorick, 355, and Dr. Mann have to decide whether to go back to D.C. as ordered or try to make it to California where Dr. Mann's backup samples are stored. She is the world's only hope for the continuation of the human race.

In the mean time, the Daughters of the Amazon, a radical group of crazy women, is on the hunt for Yorick. His sister, Hero, is leading the search. How will she fell when she discovers that the last man on earth is her brother? Will she choose the Amazons or Yorick?
