The Realm of the Gods is the final book in the Immortals series by Tamora Pierce.Daine and Numiar soon find themselves in a place where they cannot help their friends in Tortall fight against the invading armies. They are swept into the realm of the Gods.
The greater Gods do not have time to send them back and the lesser Gods do not have the power to do so. But at the same time Daine keeps catching glimpses of what is happening to King Jonathan and is desperate to return to his aid.
In order to get home they must travel through the world of the Gods, a dangerous place for any mortal. If they can reach the Dragonlands, the dragons may take them home.
