Murphy's Law by Lori Foster is her sequel to Jude's Law - the series revolves around two best friends and the met they meet.
Ashley Miles has her life planned. She has worked since she moved out of her parent's house at seventeen. She is now working two jobs plus going to school to become a nurse. She has little time for anything else at the moment.
When her best friend May calls one night while Ashley is at work, she drops what she is doing to rush to May's aid. But on the way out of the office building she cleans each night, she literally runs into Quinton Murphy.
Murphy is the CEO of a company that has offices in the building - and he is instantly smitten by Ashley. Though she tries to blow him off, she can't stop thinking about him. Maybe she could find a little time to hang out with him. Everyone has to eat.
Foster has created instantly likable, quirky characters. Her plot is sweet, suspenseful, and sexy. Romance fans who have not read her are missing out on some great reads.
